I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were disappointing with dirty bedding that hadn't been changed and a leak in the roof onto the bed in our first room. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, especially the reception guy who worked the night shift. The location was convenient, right in the heart of Istanbul. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with limited breakfast options. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to İstiklal street, but the surrounding area can be unsafe at night. Rooms lack proper maintenance with unsafe water heaters and dirty bedding, while the staff is friendly and helpful. Dining options are basic, and the overall experience may not justify the cost.
